SMS Privacy Policy

Success at 123 LLC, DBA Therapy Kids, uses SMS/text messaging for scheduling appointments. This policy outlines what types of information we collect, how we collect it, why we collect it, and your rights.

We collect your name and phone number for the purposes of scheduling appointments through SMS if you opt-in. Our opt-in process is via physical form during the in-person intake process.

By opting in, you are giving Therapy Kids permission to send you SMS/text messages to schedule appointments and provide reminders of scheduled appointments. You understand text messages may be seen by anyone with access to your phone. Accordingly, you should take steps to safeguard your phone and your text messages if you want them to remain private. Text messaging is not a HIPAA compliant form of communication.

You may opt-out at any time by texting STOP to any text message we send you. An opt-out confirmation message will be sent back to you.

To request support, text HELP to any text message we send you.

Your privacy is important to us. Your name and phone number are stored in a password protected program with our SMS/texting provider. SMS opt-in consent or phone numbers for SMS purposes will NOT be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

You have the right to access, update, or delete the information we collect for SMS/texting.

We may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat your information by placing a prominent notice on our site.
